Public-private partnership in school education in Bulgaria: opportunities and constraints

Public-private partnership (PPP) in school education Bulgaria is an unknown but possible practice that can meet the main challenges both management and its implementation impact. Arguments for adequacy value be found good international practices, experience gained, of PPP social services since 2004 existence relevant legislation. The article aims to develop present possibilities using Bulgaria. It analyzes foreign outlines limitations PPP, proposes a procedure implementing education. conclusions study are will create competitive environment educational services, increase quality motivation learn, introduce innovations mechanisms monitor control.
